What we collect
We collect information you provide when you shop, create an account, join Rewards, register for an event or break, request a message, or contact the store. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address (including apartment or suite), optional birthday month and day, order history, collecting interests, communication preferences, and loyalty activity.
Our payment providers process payment-card details. Mr. Slabbed receives transaction identifiers and payment status, not the full card number used at checkout.
How we use information
- Complete purchases, breaks, event registrations, pickups, shipping, returns, and customer support.
- Maintain customer accounts, saved addresses, consent records, preferences, and Rewards points.
- Send receipts, requested links, order updates, and communications you separately choose to receive.
- Personalize birthday offers through only the email or text channels you separately choose.
- Protect the store and customers from fraud, abuse, and security threats and comply with legal obligations.
Mobile and SMS information
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to service providers only as needed to operate our messaging program, deliver messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell mobile information.
Our consent record may include the mobile number, affirmative choice, disclosure and policy version shown, signup source, consent timestamp, account or customer linkage, collecting interests, related address information, delivery status, and later STOP, START, HELP, or suppression activity. We use these records to honor customer choices and demonstrate compliance.
Joining Mr. Slabbed Alerts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help.
When information is shared
We use service providers for functions such as hosting, payments, shipping, email, SMS delivery, security, and analytics. We provide only the information reasonably needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and retention
You can decline promotional email or text messages without affecting a purchase. Use an email unsubscribe link or reply STOP to a text. We retain transaction, consent-source, policy-version, timestamp, delivery, and suppression records for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance needs, including after an opt-out so we do not message a suppressed number improperly. You may call the store to request access to or correction of your customer information.
Security, children, and updates
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
