Using our services
These terms apply to mrslabbed.com and Mr. Slabbed store services. You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, and not interfere with the site, other customers, inventory, events, or transactions. We may limit or cancel activity involving errors, suspected fraud, abuse, or unavailable inventory.
Purchases, breaks, and events
Prices and availability may change before payment. An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and we issue confirmation. Team-break spots are paid in full when reserved. The displayed opening time may remain an estimate until all teams are paid or retained by the store. Break-specific terms shown before checkout also apply.
Mr. Slabbed Alerts SMS terms
By checking the text-alert consent box or otherwise expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Mr. Slabbed Alerts about offers, live breaks, live sales, auctions, new arrivals, and store events at the mobile number you provide.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- After a new opt-in, Mr. Slabbed Alerts sends one confirmation identifying the program and repeating the frequency, rate, HELP, and STOP disclosures.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help.
- You may also call (248) 900-7777 for help. Messages are sent from (248) 617-4677.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and delivery are not guaranteed.
A one-time signup link, receipt, order update, break update, or other transactional message you specifically request or that is necessary to service a transaction does not enroll you in recurring promotional messages. Promotional consent is optional, affirmative, and stored separately from transactional-message authority. See our privacy policy.
Accounts and Rewards
You are responsible for your account credentials and for notifying us of unauthorized use. Rewards enrollment is optional and subject to the Rewards terms. Points are promotional, have no cash value, and are not property.
Site content and availability
Mr. Slabbed branding and site content may not be copied or used without permission. Product and league marks belong to their respective owners and are displayed to identify authentic products and teams. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors.
